Katie and Robert had a beautiful church wedding in Mount Pleasant. My Team and I were not allowed to shoot during the ceremony by the orders of the church wedding coordinator, or should i say wedding nazi. So- we shot through the glass door. Yes, the images you see of the ceremony were shot through a glass door. I had to wipe the glass a bit with my shirt and clean the glass in order for me to get a decent picture. With a little sweat on my shirt, viola! a clear glass door! 🙂

In situations like these, you are just going to have to use your ingenuity to do what you are there for- to document and tell a story. We were ordered “not” to take pictures “in” the sanctuary. Nobody said anything about taking pictures outside the sanctuary. So we did. Just for Katie and Robert. For them to remember how beautiful it was from back where we were held hostage by the wedding nazi.
