… and staying above water. It is super hectic right now, so the blogging was neglected. I’ve got lots to share, 3 weddings, a lot of portraits, a trash the dress session and some cool art projects in the works. In the meantime, here’s an image of Jacob hanging out with me while I’m editing. Momma had to go back to work this past week so Jacob and I have been hanging out the whole day, meeting clients, shooting, editing and stuff- with the help of his nanny, Katie. And boy, clients love him! They just want to eat him up every time they see Jacob. Wouldn’t you?

After seeing Emily & Jarred’s portraits, I know exactly who you were talking about! I used to work with her friend Graylyn @ Nordstrom in Charlotte and she would come in all the time to visit. Congratulations to them both! The photos are beautiful, but like you say, it’s hard to take a bad photo of such a good looking couple! So if no one has commented, I think she looks like a combination of two actresses. One being Hilary Swank and the other being Jennifer Garner! Is that who you were thinking of?
Again, Patrick and I thank you for photographing our wedding! The wedding could not have been more perfect and we all can’t wait to see the photos. Everyone commented on how great both you and Sarah were, they were all asking where we found you! You have been such a pleasure to work with and now that it’s over I’m ready to do it all over again it was so much fun! (Although we wouldn’t pick Greenwood to stay!)
We just can’t thank you enough for being there and capturing our perfect day and perfect moments that we will be able to keep forever! We’ll definitely be in touch in the future, you know, first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes babies!!!
