I have been absent from blogging for a few days. I’ve had some problems with my blogging system. Apparently, I get too many hits that it clogged up the servers of my host. Because of it, I was not able to access the admin panel to update the blog. There were times that the blog was down. So for that, I apologize. We are currently fixing the problem. So at any rate, I am back. At least I think so.
This past saturday and sunday we were fortunate enough to photograph 2 weddings, back-to-back. We normally just document one wedding a weekend, but I couldn’t say no to our Sunday wedding- a fellow photographer. If you are a photographer or an avid fan of photography, you know that it is an honor and a privilege to photograph a photographer’s wedding. It is very difficult to say no when a fellow photographer ask you. I hate to do this to you, but stay tune, I will be posting some images in a couple of weeks.
In the meantime, I want to tell you about Marie who married Scott this part Saturday. Marie and I had the opportunity to have fun in downtown Charleston weeks before her wedding. I couldn’t post the images obviously, but now since they are married, check out how beautiful she is. She makes me look good.
Images from the wedding will be posted soon. Thanks for checking us out!
thank you Marie. You have to admit though, you are already smokin’ hot ;)- Virgil

You said I made you look good. I think it is quite the other way around. You made me look good. Your talent is amazing. I love the life stories you capture in every photograph you take. Your art is beautiful with every picture being breathtaking.
The portrait session was such an awesome memory. All the places we went downtown was so much fun, and I felt like a queen!. It was such a great experience. Thank you.

Arlene, I should be the one thanking you for giving me the opportunity to work with Marie and your family. It was truly an honor. I’ll be in touch with some wonderful images.

Thank you, Virgil, for all you did for Marie and Scott. From the engagement session, to the bridal portraits and then the wedding. To be available while on vacation for a nervous bride was way beyond the call of duty and for that I applaud you. The patience, the professionalism, and the creativity you showed during all of their sessions made this a most memorable time for Marie, I know. You made Marie feel most beautiful and she knew that the photography was one wedding detail she did not have to worry about.
As her mom I also felt she and Scott were in good hands and I never worried as well. We are so lucky to have found you and to have been able to be a part of your art. I know you will be with us through the years as the couple grows into a family and needs pictorial memories.
May you and your family be blessed and your art as well.
