Very recently, I just wrapped up a two week long shoot with a few children for “The Faces of Rosalina” marketing campaign for Rosalina Inc. (www.rosalinababy.com) at the beautiful Colonial Dorchester Historic Site in Summerville, one of my favorite parks.The whole experience was awesome and hysterical. I had an assitant help me prepare the children for every outfit.The weather was great. We timed all of the shoot in the mornings and when it was still nice and cool, but not too cold.Due to children’s attention span at that age, I had a time limit for each child- 3 outfits or 30 minutes, whichever comes first. After that, they get a little grouchy. The children were fun and hilarious! I believe children are the most honest, care-free human beings. How do they get to be so care-free? No worries. Hakunah-metata (Did I spell that correctly?).I was exhausted, I must admit, at the end of each shoot. It was worth it. I enjoyed it very much. The pix turned out great too. I can’t take all of the credit. I have to give credit to all of the mothers that drove their child to the venue and helped dressed them.The moms rock! They were fantastic! They certainly made my job easier.
